- Listing data: The product descriptions and details you enter to generate listings. These are stored so you can view your listing history.
- Payment information: We use Zoho Subscriptions to process payments. We do not store your credit card details — Zoho handles all payment data securely.
- Usage data: How many listings you've generated per month, your subscription plan, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To generate AI-powered listings using your product details
- To enforce plan limits (free vs. paid tiers)
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Zoho
- To improve the service
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic: Your product details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate listings. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed by their API.
- Zoho: Your email is shared with Zoho Subscriptions for billing purposes.
4. Data Retention
Listing history is retained for 30 days for Pro users and indefinitely for Power Seller users. Free users' listings are retained for 7 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We use bcrypt password hashing, JWT tokens with expiry, and HTTPS for all communications. Your data is stored on secure servers.
