These Terms of Service govern your use of PowerList AI, a product of MOPAXX ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
PowerList AI provides AI-generated product listing copy for e-commerce platforms including Etsy, eBay, Airbnb, and Amazon. The AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review before publishing.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may not share your account with others.
- You are responsible for all content you input into the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PowerList AI to:
- Generate listings for illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products
- Spam or abuse e-commerce platforms
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Violate any applicable laws or platform terms of service
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by PowerList AI is produced by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all generated content before publishing. MOPAXX makes no guarantees about the performance of generated listings.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Free plan: 3 listings per month, no payment required.
- Pro plan: $9/month, billed monthly via Zoho Subscriptions.
- Power Seller plan: $29/month, billed monthly via Zoho Subscriptions.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time.
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you input. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use. MOPAXX retains ownership of the PowerList AI platform, software, and brand.
7. Limitation of Liability
PowerList AI is provided "as is." MOPAXX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales or platform policy violations.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
